Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include generating sales leads, conducting follow-up calls, and providing training on our services.

• Experience in training and educating clients
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
