• 📍 Location: Remote (India)🎯 Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Your Responsibilities Champion Healthcare Growth: Represent leading doctors and clinics, promoting their treatments and ensuring more patients get access to world-class care.
• Engage & Convert: Handle warm leads with empathy, clarity, and conviction—guiding them from inquiry to booked consultation.
• Follow-Up Mastery: Deploy structured follow-ups across WhatsApp, phone, and email to convert hesitant leads into patients.
• CRM Excellence: Use our CRM stack (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Airtable dashboards) to manage leads, track KPIs, and keep follow-ups razor-sharp.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate daily on Slack and in growth huddles to stay aligned and win together.
• What You’ll BringProven phone sales experience (B2B, B2C, or inside sales—healthcare/insurance/education background preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills with strong Hindi + English fluency.
• A competitive spirit and target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and pipeline management.
