Telesales Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents about educational courses and opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate programs or institutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs and update CRM/software records.
• Convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of applications.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and counseling skills.
  

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in tele-counseling, telesales, or student advisory roles.
• Freshers can also apply who have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
