Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and self-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team on a commission-only basis. This is a high-opportunity role ideal for individuals with strong communication and networking skills who are looking to earn through performance-based rewards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients (especially in healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate sectors) Pitch Dizi Media’s services like branding, marketing campaigns, SMM, SEO, Software Development, photo & Videography & etc.) Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate between clients and the internal creative/production team Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn attractive commissions Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups Key Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in client pitching and negotiations Basic understanding of marketing/branding/media services Self-motivated with a result-driven approach Prior experience in media sales or agency sales is a plus (not mandatory) Smartphone/laptop with internet access Compensation: Commission-Based Only Attractive percentage per deal (up to 10%–20% based on project value) Performance-based bonuses and incentives Why Join Dizi Media?
