Sales Executive -Commission Based

Role Overview:

Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (especially in healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate sectors)
• Pitch Dizi Media’s services like branding, marketing campaigns, SMM, SEO, Software Development, photo & Videography & etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate between clients and the internal creative/production team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn attractive commissions
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client pitching and negotiations
• Basic understanding of marketing/branding/media services
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
• Prior experience in media sales or agency sales is a plus (not mandatory)
• Smartphone/laptop with internet access

Compensation:

• Commission-Based Only

• Attractive percentage per deal (up to 10%–20% based on project value)
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
