The role involves guiding students and parents in choosing the right educational programs, ensuring smooth admission processes, and meeting enrollment targets. Candidates with prior experience in tele-counseling or educational sales will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents about educational courses and opportunities. Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate programs or institutions. Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions. Maintain accurate daily call logs and update CRM/software records. Convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments. Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
