Telesales Specialist

As a Tele Sales Executive at MarkOne by Feelsafe located in Dwarka Mor, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in our team by engaging potential leads and clients through outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to articulate and endorse our IT & marketing services effectively to drive sales and revenue. With a minimum of 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience, you will need to possess outstanding communication and persuasion skills to successfully close deals over the phone. In this role, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets by making persuasive calls and ensuring that proper records of interactions and follow-ups are maintained in our CRM system. Collaborating with internal teams is essential to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery to our clients. Basic computer proficiency is required, and knowledge of CRM software is a plus. A target-oriented and self-motivated attitude will be beneficial in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
