Job Summary:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach & Lead Generation:

  Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate sales opportunities.

• Pitching & Presenting:

  Deliver compelling product/service presentations to clients, addressing their pain points and offering suitable solutions.

• Sales Negotiation & Closing:

  Lead negotiations, manage objections, and successfully close deals, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer retention.

• Achieve Sales Targets:

  Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Market Research:

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

• Customer Feedback:

  Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products/services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in [insert relevant industry].
