Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the company's products and services. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, responding to inquiries, offering tailored solutions to customer needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will work to meet sales targets, participate in training sessions, and offer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for delivering clear and professional interactions with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior telesales or customer interaction experience is a plus.
