Lead Technical Architect

The company is looking for a Lead Technical Architect for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. As the Lead Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing technical architectures, overseeing software development, creating solution architectures, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems. Your role will also involve developing enterprise architectures and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own infrastructure blueprints including queues, retry logic, transaction states, sharding, and eventual consistency models. - Ensure regulatory-compliant systems adhere to standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, RBI lending guidelines, and data localization norms. - Drive high throughput system design aiming for 1000+ TPS, performance tuning, and DB optimization using technologies like Postgres, Cassandra, and Redis. - Mentor a team of 510 engineers on architectural best practices. - Collaborate with Product & Compliance teams to jointly own the tech roadmap. Qualifications: - Technical expertise in Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture. - Experience in Software Development and Integration. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities. - Proficiency in modern development technologies and frameworks. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: - B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1/2 institute. Experience: - 1015 years in backend engineering, with at least 5+ years in Fintech. - Proven experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure). Tech Stack (Preferred Exposure): - Languages: Java, Go, Python, Node.js. - Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. - Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform. - Tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ELK, Prometheus. - Security: OAuth2, HSM, VAPT.,
