Lead Technical Architect

Customer Success Services (CSS) is a unit within the Oracles Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. CSS services team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio both on a fixed price and T&M basis. CSS services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. CSS covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers. CSS is an industry-leading expertise with the highest customer satisfaction to support organizations business every step of the way. Lead complex solutions and work with Product SME's for Solution Design. Lead Customer workshop, understand the solution and gaps. Take ownership for the solution approach design, and lead the Technical Delivery Team. Articulate best practices, understand customer pain points and challenges to arrive at the best fit solution. Build a complete project plan, a phased approach, and resource planning for the complex migration project. Stitch together dependencies across multiple products. Act as a Trusted Adviser for customer's business problem. 15+ years of Experience in cloud technologies, managing implementation and migration projects. Experience in Discovery & Analysis, Creating Solution Design & Plans. Proven Solution Lead with experience in Large Cloud migrations and Data center migrations. Multi-Domain Expertise (Cloud Infra, Database, Middleware, Applications). Strong Troubleshooting experience covering one or more Oracle Products (Database, Middleware, Applications). Strong persuasive communication skills, presentation skills, documentation & writing skills.
