Lead Technical Architect

As the Lead Technical Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end architecture blueprints for large-scale enterprise applications. You will define component-based and service-oriented architectures such as Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven designs. Your role will involve creating API-first designs using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC with clear versioning strategies. Additionally, you will establish integration patterns for internal systems, third-party APIs, and middleware, and design cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP services. In terms of Performance, Security, & Scalability, you will implement caching strategies utilizing Redis, Memcached, and CDN integrations. Ensuring horizontal and vertical scalability of applications will be a key responsibility. You will apply security best practices including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, encryption (TLS/SSL, AES), input validation, and secure API gateways. Setting up application monitoring and logging using ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools will also be part of your role. Regarding DevOps & Delivery, you will define CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI. Collaborating with DevOps teams for container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes and integrating automated testing pipelines (unit, integration, and load testing) will be essential. Your expertise should include strong programming skills in enterprise languages like Core and Node.js. You should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular and React for full-stack integration. Knowledge of architecture & patterns like Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) is required. Experience with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and caching layers like Redis and Memcached is necessary. Cloud and infrastructure knowledge in Azure services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Cosmos DB) is essential. In terms of security, you should be familiar with OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, JWT, secure coding practices, threat modeling, and penetration testing. Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, testing technologies such as JUnit, NUnit, PyTest, Mocha, performance/load testing tools like JMeter and Locust, and monitoring & observability tools like Azure Monitoring, App Insight, Prometheus, Grafana is required. Preferred skills include being a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and exposure to AI/ML services and IoT architectures. Your success as a Lead Technical Architect will be measured by reduced system downtime through robust architecture designs, improved performance metrics and scalability readiness, successful delivery of complex projects without major architectural rework, and increased developer productivity through better standards and tools adoption.,
