Lead Technical Architect

As a Tech Lead for Digital Consumer Experience, your primary responsibility will be to lead the architecture and development of high-impact digital solutions that drive technical innovation to solve real-world customer problems. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of features, collaborating closely with product, design, and business teams to translate user needs into scalable and intuitive tech solutions. Your role will involve driving rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative development to validate ideas and adapt quickly to change. We are looking for a rockstar Engineering Tech Lead who excels in blending deep technical expertise with bold innovation to create products that customers love. You should have a proven track record of leading the development of innovative, high-performance tech solutions for large consumer product companies. Your role will require you to make smart trade-offs between speed and quality, always prioritizing the customer experience and long-term maintainability of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and development of high-impact digital solutions to solve real-world customer problems. - Own end-to-end delivery of features with accountability and quality. - Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate user needs into scalable tech solutions. - Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative development. - Foster a culture of innovation and ownership within the tech team. - Identify performance bottlenecks, usability issues, and outdated approaches for improvement. - Act as a technical voice of reason in cross-functional discussions. - Stay hands-on when needed, especially during critical issue resolution. - Monitor and measure the impact of solutions to improve outcomes continuously. Technical Skills Required/Preferred: - 7+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 2+ years in a lead capacity. - Proven experience in building scalable digital products for large-scale consumer tech companies. - Expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms, and modern web/mobile frameworks. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ship high-impact products. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering intuitive user experiences. - Proficiency in hands-on coding and strategic thinking. - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
