The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, promoting and selling products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication and Sales skills Ability to participate in training and continuous learning Strong motivational skills and goal-oriented mindset Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus Ability to work independently and remotely High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications are a plus
