Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, and databases
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide project details (pricing, location, amenities, offers)
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
  • Regular follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales
  • Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead management
Requirements:
  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English
  • Prior experience in real estate telesales is preferred
  • Ability to handle objections and work under targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused
