Role Description

• Making outbound calls to potential customers using provided data

solar panel products and services

• Understanding customer requirements and generating qualified leads

• Answering basic customer queries and handling objections politely

• Regular follow-ups with interested customers to move leads forward

• Fixing appointments and passing qualified leads to the field sales team

• Updating call status, customer details, and lead progress in records

• Working towards daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to effectively communicate and present technical renewable energy solutions to clients
• Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, particularly solar energy systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Prior experience in sales or renewable energy is an advantage
