This event brings together employees and their families for a day of entertainment, bonding, and celebration. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and set a warm, inclusive tone for the day. Host stage activities, games, lucky draws, and interactive segments for adults and kids. Coordinate transitions between performances, speeches, and activities as per the event schedule. Keep the energy high, the audience engaged, and the program on track. Collaborate with the event manager and backstage team to ensure smooth flow. ✅ Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2–3 years of experience hosting family corporate events. Energetic, kid-friendly, and comfortable interacting with mixed-age groups. Fluent in English and Hindi ; excellent communication and crowd-handling skills. Quick thinker, adaptable to changes, and able to manage spontaneous moments on stage.
