Position Title: Telesales Representative Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Industrial Estate Reporting To: Sales Manager About the RoleWe are seeking a highly energetic, target-driven, and aggressive telesales professional who thrives on closing deals over the phone. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, persuasion, and performance-based success. The candidate should demonstrate resilience, confidence, and the ability to convert leads into customers with speed and consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis. Aggressively pursue sales targets with a hunter’s mindset. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to effectively pitch and handle objections. Convert leads into qualified opportunities and ensure maximum deal closures. Manage the entire telesales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, closing, and post-sale coordination. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system. Consistently exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs. Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Required Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in telesales / inside sales / outbound calling (minimum 1–3 years preferred). A go-getter attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Excellent communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as applicable]. Confidence in handling rejections and turning “No” into “Yes.” Ability to think quickly on calls and adapt sales pitch to customer needs. Familiarity with CRM tools and telesales metrics will be an added advantage. Should have good command in MS Excel and data management. QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in any discipline (Sales background preferred). Minimum 2 year of telesales experience. Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls per day (speed & volume). Conversion ratio from leads to sales. Revenue generated per month. Retention of customers and repeat sales.
