Telesales Representative

ob Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into sales through calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Understand customer requirements and pitch company products/services
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the team to improve conversion rates

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-based environment
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or candidates with inside sales / telecalling experience
• Graduate or pursuing graduation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Immediate joiners preferred
