As a Telesales Representative cum Office Admin at our upcoming Smart Home Experience Center in Kozhikode, you will be a proactive and customer-focused individual playing a key role in connecting with potential customers, coordinating with the field sales team, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. Your responsibilities will include: - Calling and engaging with new leads - Following up on existing inquiries - Coordinating with field executives to set up product demonstrations - Managing customer relationships and ensuring a great experience throughout the sales process Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Strong background in sales, lead management, and customer relationship building - Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in simple terms - Strong problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting software - Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred for smooth customer interaction) - Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and follow up on appointments - A positive, energetic attitude with a customer-first approach - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment - Flexibility to adapt to customer needs, schedules, and preferences - Basic understanding of smart home technology and IoT products is an added advantage If you possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are enthusiastic about the smart home solutions industry, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
