Telesales Representative

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll play a key part in connecting with potential customers, coordinating with our field sales team, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Calling and engaging with new leads
• Following up on existing inquiries
• Coordinating with field executives to set up product demonstrations
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring a great experience throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in

  sales, lead management, and customer relationship building

• Excellent

  communication, persuasion, and interpersonal

  skills
• Ability to

  conduct engaging product demonstrations

  and explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Strong

  problem-solving, organisational, and multitasking

  abilities
• Proficiency in using

  CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting software

• Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi

  (preferred for smooth customer interaction)
• Ability to

  coordinate effectively with field teams

  and follow up on appointments
• A positive, energetic attitude with a

  customer-first approach

• Comfortable working in a

  target-driven environment

• Flexibility to

  adapt to customer needs, schedules, and preferences

• Basic understanding of

  smart home technology and IoT products

  is an added advantage
