Telesales Intern

In this role as an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial part in our sales team by proactively reaching out to potential clients through phone calls to drive new business. Your strong work ethic, competitive nature, and ability to surpass sales targets will be key in achieving our business objectives. Making a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily, you will introduce our products/services, address inquiries, and pinpoint sales opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to potential clients to introduce products/services, address inquiries, and identify sales opportunities - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting calls into potential sales opportunities - Update and maintain client information in the company's CRM system to track interactions and sales progress - Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients - Gather feedback from prospects and clients to enhance sales strategies and product offerings - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective sales techniques English and Hindi proficiency are mandatory, while Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
