Job Description

Property captains ensure that all the rooms and public areas of the property are well maintained to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping and ensure strict compliance with property policies and processes.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and tenant satisfaction.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned.
  • Deal with owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives as related to building operations and practise safe work habits.
  • Supervise the repair works, whenever and wherever necessary with the help of vendors.
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as; Fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assigned.
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, preventative maintenance, etc.
  • Ability to use technology such as; smart phones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, building automation systems, etc.
  • Manage on-site staff and vendor issues.
  • Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours.
  • Exemplary relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, govt. authorities, statutory agencies with consummate ease.
  • Streamlining processes and resources available for the project to achieve desired outputs within deadlines.

  • Minimum Qualification:


    Bachelors in Hotel in Management (Fresher or prior experience will be an added advantage)

    Job Type: Full-time


    Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
