Property Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property, as well as handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Property Maintenance:   - Ensure timely maintenance and repairs of the property   - Coordinate with contractors and vendors   - Monitor property conditions and address issues promptly 2. Administrative Tasks:   - Manage property records and documents   - Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders   - Maintain accurate financial records 3. Technical Skills:   - Proficient in property management software and systems   - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite 4.
