Property Manager

Roles & Responsibilities-

1. Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Collection: Manage CAM collections from tenants to ensure timely and accurate payments. Prepare and reconcile CAM charges and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

2. Address tenant inquiries related to billing and CAM expenses. Billing and Verification: Review and verify vendor bills, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgets.

3. Collaborate with the finance team for timely invoice processing and payment approvals. Technical Oversight: Supervise technical operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

4.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure smooth functionality and compliance with standards. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

5. Administration and Reporting: Oversee administrative tasks, including record-keeping, contract management, and statutory compliance. Prepare periodic reports for management on building performance, financials, and operations. Procurement and Indenting: Plan and execute procurement of supplies, equipment, and services required for the property.

6.Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of essential items. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.

7. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and address their queries and concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient resolution of issues.

8.Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
