Telesales Intern

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by contacting potential clients through phone calls. Your strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and ability to exceed sales targets will be key to your success. Making a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily is essential to meet our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Outreach and engagement: Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls daily to introduce our products/services, address queries, and identify sales opportunities. - Sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting calls into potential sales opportunities effectively. - CRM management: Update and maintain client information in the company's CRM system to track interactions and sales progress diligently. - Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to potential clients. - Feedback collection: Gather feedback from prospects and clients to enhance sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise and implement effective sales techniques. Qualifications Required: - Proven inside sales experience with a track record of achieving sales quotas. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong listening and presentation abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Resilience and determination to make a high volume of daily calls. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage. - Only candidates who have completed their UG or PG can apply.
