YOUR ROLE: TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Are you a natural communicator with a knack for persuasion? Love the thrill of chasing targets and connecting with people? This role is for you. As a Tele sales Executive, you’ll be the first voice our potential clients hear, making you a key part of our brand. You’ll build interest, create connections, and drive business leads that fuel our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Engagement & Outreach

· Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients

· Present services confidently and clearly over the phone

· Handle basic queries and build client interest

2. Lead Conversion

· Qualify leads and hand them off to the business team

· Follow up on cold and warm leads to ensure conversion

· Work with sales and operations to close the loop

3. CRM & Data Management

· Update call logs and lead details in CRM (Zoho or similar)

· Track call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up schedules

· Assist in reporting weekly metrics to the team lead

4. Internal Coordination

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding

· Share client insights to improve pitch strategy

5. Market Awareness

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target profiles

· Provide suggestions for improving lead generation strategy

WHAT YOU BRING

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Confidence and clarity in phone conversations

· Ability to understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in Zoho People or Tally is a plus

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

· Education: Any graduate

· Experience: 1–2 years preferred

· Language: Proficiency in English

· Immediate joiners will be given priority
