Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated DATA Entry Executive to manage and maintain our production data and reporting systems. The DATA Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering and updating production data in the company’s MIS system. The role involves managing garment issuance and re-accept entries, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the production and management teams with daily reports. Key Responsibilities: Updating Out going and Incoming Challans on Google Sheets Record garment issuing details to different departments or production units. Handle re-accept entries for returned or reworked garments. Filling Physical Reports for Different Steps like Checking, Folding, GRN etc and creating Summary Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review. Coordinate with production, quality, and store departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry. Maintain proper documentation and data backup for all production activities. Identify data inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to correct errors. Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis when required. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data entry tools). Experience working on ERP / MIS systems (preferably in manufacturing).
