We are looking for a highly motivated Tele calling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone . You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by engaging potential clients and promoting our products/services. Responsibilities: 1. Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented 2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company 3. Answer queries about products or the company. 4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 5. Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team. 6. Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit. 7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers regularly. 8. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements. 9. Taking and processing product orders professionally. 10. E-mail Communication Skills preferred : 1.
