Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals over the phone. This role is vital to expanding our customer base and promoting our products/services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Contact potential or existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.
• Collect and update customer information and other relevant data.
• Generate and schedule qualified leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into site visits or product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions or alternatives.
• Process product/service orders in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle email communication related to inquiries, follow-ups, and sales confirmations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Language proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil (both spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
