Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Sikar. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, supporting customers, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a telesales or customer-focused role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
