We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
