Job Title: Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information and solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up details.
Handle customer objections effectively and close sales.
Build strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Coordinate with the team leader/manager for daily reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound telesales is mandatory.
Excellent
English communication skills
(must).
Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
