Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Associates to join our dynamic insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products to domestic customers over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products (Health, Motor, Life). Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Handle customer queries effectively and ensure a positive client experience. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM system regularly. Follow up on leads and renewals as required. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any field. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Preferred: Prior experience in insurance telesales or similar sales roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Work Schedule: Shift: Rotational shifts. Females: Day shift up to 8 PM. Males: Rotational shifts. Working Days: 6 days a week
