Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telephone Operator to join our team at The Orchid Hotel. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and operate telephone systems efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.
