Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calling:
Make and receive phone calls to sell products or services, resolve customer inquiries, or collect information.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers from provided lists or through research, making cold calls as necessary.
Product Knowledge:
Have a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to answer

-Graduate or Diploma or HSC

-Min 1 year into Telesales.

-Good communication skill in English.
