Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining about our services. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls from potential leads. Convert leads into sales by promoting the benefits of our services. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Follow up on leads and ensure all queries are answered in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred in IT, Business, or related field). Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in the IT sector. Freshers are also welcome. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Basic understanding of Websites and services (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in B2B or B2C telesales is a plus.
