Job Description

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 2 years of relevant telesales experience, demonstrating excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
