Explain the company’s products or services in a clear, professional, and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Maintain and update customer database (CRM or Excel). Follow up with interested prospects and close small sales where applicable. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information as required. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, or related field 2+ years of experience in ERP Software Outbound calls or relevant fields Strong communication skills Experience working with a team KPI's Number of calls made per day Conversion ratio (Leads generated vs. Calls made) Appointments fixed or demos scheduled Revenue generated through calls Targets and incentives based on performance
