To fix the appointments with prospective customers and also to ensure that they are Met by the Sales team.
A. To fix up appointments with prospective customers
B. Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
C. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
D. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.
Experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process. Good Communication is a must.
Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, BPO, Insurance etc.
