. This is a performance-driven role with clear growth into Admission Counselor positions.🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to parents from inquiries & campaigns
Handle inbound calls and admission queries
Explain school programs, fees & admission process
Generate & qualify leads and fix school visit appointments
Regular follow-ups to nurture prospects
Update call details & lead status in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with admission counselors for conversions
Meet daily call & lead targets
Deliver a positive parent experience

🧩 Desired Candidate Profile
🎓 Qualification

12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

💼 Experience

0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or call center
Experience in education/edtech is a plus
Freshers with good communication welcome

Good spoken Hindi & English (local language added advantage)
Clear voice & phone etiquette
Persuasion & objection handling
Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM)
