. This is a performance-driven role with clear growth into Admission Counselor positions.🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to parents from inquiries & campaigns
  • Handle inbound calls and admission queries
  • Explain school programs, fees & admission process
  • Generate & qualify leads and fix school visit appointments
  • Regular follow-ups to nurture prospects
  • Update call details & lead status in CRM/Excel
  • Coordinate with admission counselors for conversions
  • Meet daily call & lead targets
  • Deliver a positive parent experience

🎓 Qualification
  • 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
💼 Experience
  • 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or call center
  • Experience in education/edtech is a plus
  • Freshers with good communication welcome
