Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, website leads, and events)
Conduct
one-on-one parent counselling sessions
, explaining Staford’s philosophy, curriculum, and facilities with clarity and confidence
Manage the
end-to-end admissions process
, from enquiry to enrolment
Maintain accurate and timely records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support admission drives, school tours, and open house events
Ensure a
premium, warm, and seamless parent experience

Handle parent queries & concerns professionally
Support brand representation at exhibitions, society activations, and promotional events
