Role Summary: The Market Builder We are looking for a high-impact leader who can crack the K-12 private school market across India. Your mission is two-fold: to generate immediate revenue in Tier 1 cities by proving massive financial ROI, and to drive national market adoption in Tier 2/3 cities by solving the biggest operational headaches in education (Admissions, Academics, and Communication). You will use your existing network to quickly secure meetings with school owners, trustees, and principals, transforming them from clients of old, manual systems into partners in the next generation of AI-powered school management. Your Primary Missions & Responsibilities Your role is split into two distinct, high-stakes geographic markets: 1. Mission 1: Tier 1 Cities (Delhi/NCR, etc.) - Focus: Profit & Cost Savings Financial Sales: Sell solutions that directly target the school owner's wallet. Show management exactly how our platform slashes spending on recruiting agencies and digital marketing firms, delivering immediate, quantifiable financial ROI. Agency Displacement: Lead the strategy to replace expensive, fragmented vendors (for HR and Social Media) by positioning our all-in-one platform as the superior, cheaper alternative. High-Value Closing: Secure and close high-ticket annual contracts with large school chains and established institutions. 2. Mission 2: Tier 2/3 Cities (Lucknow, Jaipur, etc.) - Focus: Operational & Academic Transformation Revenue Assurance: Solve the core problem of revenue leakage . Pitch solutions that automate admissions and fee collection processes to guarantee and speed up the school's primary cash flow. Academic Quality Fix: Demonstrate how our technology helps schools deliver better educational outcomes by addressing the quality gap (lack of specialized teachers, inconsistent instruction) and providing personalized learning support to every student. Communication Gap: Introduce systems that seamlessly connect parents and teachers using native/regional languages, resolving the communication issues that lead to low parent retention and friction. 3. Strategic Leadership & Brand Building (All Markets) Network Activation: Leverage your existing, verifiable network of school owners, directors, and administrators to bypass traditional cold outreach and secure high-level meetings. Market Strategy: Serve as the competitive expert, analyzing incumbent ERPs and recommending strategies to position School DOST as the modern replacement. Public Advocacy: Build your personal profile (and the company’s) as a thought leader in the future of education by presenting at principals' conclaves, industry events, and through online content. What You Must Bring Deep K-12 Network (Non-Negotiable): A strong, verifiable list of contacts (Owners, Trustees, Directors) in the Indian private school segment. You must be able to open doors immediately. Experience (3+ Years): Proven track record of selling technology, services, or large-scale solutions into the K-12 sector. Financial Acumen: Ability to speak the language of the school owner: Revenue, Profit, ROI, and Cost Savings. You can sell based on the financial pain point, not just the features. Hustle & Dual Focus: The drive to execute both strategic, high-level financial sales (Tier 1) and operational, high-volume sales (Tier 2/3). Compensation Competitive salary (Base + Bonus) based on experience, plus a significant no cap commision package commensurate with the role’s strategic importance and expected impact on company valuation.
About the Role Tagore Public School, Gurugram is looking for a proactive, empathetic, and parent-focused Admission Counselor to manage and convert admission inquiries into enrolled students. The Admission Counselor will serve as the primary point of contact for parents , handling both inbound and outbound communication throughout the admissions journey. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy counseling, communication, and relationship-building while working towards meaningful enrollment goals.
