Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role located in Guwahati. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, effectively communicating the school's offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves engaging with potential applicants, promoting the school, managing inquiries, conducting tours, and maintaining records of admissions activities. Collaboration with the admissions team and other staff is essential for contributing to enrollment growth and achieving institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills
• Experience in customer service and a passion for delivering excellent service
• Ability to engage in sales-related activities to promote the school and attract prospective students
• Knowledge of educational systems and a commitment to fostering student success
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks related to admissions
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in an educational or admissions setting is an advantage
