Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Pune. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our parking solutions, answering customer queries, and scheduling appointments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, updating call records, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service abilities and a persuasive communication style
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software such as MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is an advantage
