Job Profile for Business Development Executive (Sales Profile): Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Sales Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The BDE will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. • Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. 2. Client Acquisition: • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. 3. Relationship Building: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery. 4. Market Analysis: • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends to enhance product/service offerings. 5. Sales Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and documentation. • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the management. 6. Collaboration: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective business strategies. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role. • Experience in B2B sales is preferred. 3. Skills: • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. 4. Technology Proficiency: • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Attributes: • Proactive and self-motivated. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment KRA: 1.Social media postings/ Job being assigned for lead generation. 2.Callings and focus on sale. 3. Follow Ups/ Prospects/ Pipelines. 4.Meetings if any. 5.Service/ guidance to exiting clients/ Reference generation. 6.Reach out again to those clients who didn't revert in the morning. 7.Tomorrow's sale confirmation.
