Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will actively seek out prospects, present our products or services, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
