Job Description

Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information to customers about our products/services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the system. Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with potential customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers. Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional/local languages is an advantage.
