Sales & Marketing Executive

Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Executive (On-Field) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate customers. The role involves identifying opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting solutions, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B sector through field visits, networking, and lead generation. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase offerings. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and sales pitches. Gather client feedback and market intelligence to support business development strategies. Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems. Ensure timely follow-ups, contract negotiations, and closure of deals. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities. Requirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client acquisition, and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and fieldwork. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
