Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and schedule appointments.  Inbound Call Handling: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to existing clients.  Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various outreach methods.  Product Knowledge: Staying updated on product information and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.  Sales & Conversion: Persuading customers to make purchases or take desired actions based on product knowledge and sales techniques.  Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.  Call Logging & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of calls, updating customer information, and generating reports on performance.  Meeting Targets: Achieving daily or weekly call targets and contributing to team sales goals.  Complaint Resolution: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.  Compliance: Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies.  Skills & Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening.  Persuasion & Sales Skills: Ability to influence customers and close sales effectively.  Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive attitude.  Patience & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain composure during challenging calls.  Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.  Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs and using CRM software.  Prior Experience: Experience in a similar role, particularly in a call center or sales environment.
