Job Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic In-Office Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting the overall sales process from within the office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys selling, communicating, and building strong customer relationships—without fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to clients. Generate and convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM. Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments and demos if required. Provide excellent after-sales support and service. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
